Refund policy
When you get money back, how much, and how fast.
Full refunds
- The seller cancels before delivering.
- The seller never delivers and doesn't respond to a dispute within 48 hours.
- Account details don't work and can't be fixed.
Partial refunds
When only part of an order was delivered (for example, a boost that got halfway), support can split the payment between you and the seller.
Timing
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Cards usually take 3–5 business days; PayPal and crypto are usually same day.
